Thibaut Bertin
I am Thibaut Bertin, a French chef with over 15 years of culinary experience around the world, from Spain to the United Arab Emirates, including China and the United Kingdom.
It was in Dubai, where I served as the head chef at the Atmosphere restaurant in the Burj Khalifa, surrounded by a team of 35 colleagues from all over the world, that I found the inspiration that now shines through in my multicultural dishes. I am excited to share my best-kept secrets with you and take you on a culinary journey full of flavors.
Gastronomy is my passion, and my mission is to make cooking a joyful and enjoyable experience for as many food enthusiasts as possible around the world.
In 2024, I founded the Cook N Joy workshop in Lorient, where I teach culinary techniques and recipes in real time, guiding you to become a better cook.
My classes are designed for all occasions and for everyone, whether you have basic skills or are a seasoned chef who never stops learning.
